This service can be a standalone evaluation or a first step for those considering ongoing guidance through the mentorship program (if space is available), providing clarity on whether the program aligns with your goals.

Here's How It Works

Step 1: Submit Your Portfolio
Complete the brief form and choose one of two review options:

Focused Portfolio Review: Submit up to 12 artworks for feedback on a specific body of work, such as work prepared for an exhibition or other opportunity.
Broad Portfolio Review: Share your website or social media links for an overall assessment of your work, including strengths, areas for growth, and artistic direction.

For either option, you're encouraged to share links to your website or social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to provide additional context.

Please thoughtfully answer the questions in the submission form to help me better understand your goals and make the most of our session.

Step 2: Pay & Schedule your Session
After submitting your form, you will receive an email to complete your payment and schedule your 45-minute Zoom meeting via email. Please note I require at least 3 days notice to allow me to review your submission carefully and payment must be received prior to your session time.

Step 3: Attend your Session
We meet via Zoom, review your work and the related form questions. It is also an opportunity to ask questions.

Step 4: Receive Follow Up Support
Within one week of the meeting, you'll receive a detailed email summarizing our discussion, including tailored recommendations and resources to ensure you stay on track, and a session recording at no additional cost (if requested). This follow-up is a roadmap to help you apply what we discussed and build momentum in your artistic journey.

After your portfolio review, you can continue building on the feedback through the mentorship program (space permitting).

How To Submit an Online Portfolio

Choose a Platform: Use a platform like Google Drive, Dropbox, or a portfolio website where your images are hosted.
Organize Your Images: Select up to 12 images and ensure each file is appropriately named (e.g., "Title_Medium_Size").
Set Sharing Permissions: If you're using Google Drive or Dropbox, ensure the link is set to "Anyone with the link can view." This ensures I can access your portfolio.
Copy the Link: Copy the shareable link provided by the platform.
Paste the Link in the Form: Add the link to the designated field in the submission form.

You can reschedule your meeting up to 48 hours in advance.
Please note that missed appointments or rescheduling within 48 hours of your meeting cannot be refunded.
In the event of an emergency or exceptional circumstance, accommodations may be made at my discretion. Or if I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.
Sessions may be recorded for your personal review.
Your policy agreement in your form provides consent for this. However, if you would prefer that your session not be recorded, please notify me of this in writing or at the beginning of our session.
Session recordings will remain available for one month after your session.
Sessions are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency or exceptional circumstance, accommodations may be made at my discretion.
Sessions are intended for the paying customer and may not be transferred to another person.
